On September 9, 2020, Ofc SMITH and Sgt MENNA responded to the Twin Valley High School for a report of a disorderly student on location. Upon arrival, officers learned that the student, Nicholas STRONG, was refusing to listen to staff or the security guard on location and screaming obscenities at them. STRONG continued to act unruly to police and staff until he eventually left the property.
