MEDICATION DISPOSAL AVAILABLE
The Berks County District Attorney's Office has placed a medication drop-box in the lobby of our police station. This is an easy, convenient way to safely dispose of your unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medications. Keep the medications in their original containers and black out personal information, if you choose. No sharps or inhalers can be accepted.

On 04/05/17 officer's stopped Diamond FRIES for multiple vehicle violations and during the course of investigation also found in her possession drugs and drug paraphernalia. As a result, FRIES was charged with multiple vehicle code violations as well as drug charges.
On 04/03/17 police were called to the Walmart for a male in custody for retail theft. Police arrived and identified the subject at Michael STEWART. He was taken into custody for misdemeanor charges of retail theft.
On 03/26/17 police responded to the Walmart for a reported retail theft with a suspect in custody. Officers arrived and found Diamond FRIES in custody after concealing $65.18 in merchandise in her purse. FRIES was arrested for summary retail theft.
