On 5/10/22 at approx. 0040 hours in the morning, An on duty Douglass Township Officer observed a vehicle with a passenger side head light out traveling East on Benjamin Franklin Highway. A Traffic stop was conducted and through further investigation a strong odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. Further interaction with the vehicle occupants lead to passenger Corey Nolan Jr. being in possession of a small amount of marijuana. No one in the vehicle held a valid medical marijuana card permit nor did Nolan. Nolan was charged with possession of Marijauna.
