The Douglass Township Police Department was dispatched for an aggressive dog in the 2000 block of Farmington Ave. The dog attempted to bite the caller. The owner was located a few houses from the incident, and the dog was returned. The dog and owner were found to be in noncompliance with animal licensing and rabies shots. Three citations were issued to the owner.
