On September 6, 2025, Robeson Township Police were dispatched to the area of Old River Road for a reported domestic dispute.

Upon investigation, Thomas F. Troop III was taken into custody with minimal resistance and charged with Simple Assault and Harassment-Subject to Other Physical Contact.
