On 6/7/2022 at 7:43 P.M., the Robeson Township Police Department received a call for a burglary in progress at a residence along the 1000 Block of Green Hills Road.  Officer Ketterer responded, arriving at the scene quickly.  The actor fled on foot from the residence, into a wooded area.  Police units from Birdsboro Borough, Brecknock Township, Caernarvon Township, Cumru Township, Exeter Township K-9 and Shillington Borough responded to assist in the search.

The actor was spotted a short distance away, walking along Green Hills Road by a Shillington Borough Police Officer who was patrolling the area.  Several officers responded to the Shillington Officer’s location whereupon taking the actor into custody without further incident.

The 43-year-old male with a Reading address was transported to the Berks County Sheriff Department's Central Booking Center to await his arraignment by a District Judge.
