12/23/2022- ROAD CLOSURE NOTIFICATION

The Robeson Township Public Works Department has advised us that the following roads will be closed for an extended period of time due to trees on wires.

Cedar Hill Road between SR 0724 and Cocalico Road

Rock Hollow Road between Quarry Road and Cocalico Road

ROAD WORK NOTIFICATION-MOUNTZ ROAD

Mountz Road will be closed Wednesday, November 9th and Thursday, November 10th between 7:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.  This closure will take place between Hay Creek Road and Furnace Road for paving operations.  Hopefully after Thursday, officers patrolling Mountz Road will stop spilling their coffee inside the vehicles.  Okay, you got us, one of our officers prefers hot chocolate (we won't mention any names).  Thank you, Public Works!

THEFT FROM VEHICLES

This morning (September 11, 2022) both the Robeson Township Police and the Brecknock Township Police have received calls for service reporting theft from the inside of unlocked motor vehicles.  These thefts occurred last evening/early this morning along the 500 block of Kurtz Mill Road, Robeson Township.  Officers are currently investigating.  Please remember to keep your vehicles, sheds, and other buildings which may be on your property locked.

Here are a few tips to help prevent this from happening to you at your home or other locations.

ROAD WORK NOTIFICATION- GUNHART ROAD

The Robeson Township public works department will be closing a portion of Gunhart Road on August 16, 2022, from 8:00 A.M. through 1:00 P.M.  The closure will occur in the area of 234 Gunhart Road for the replacement of a storm pipe.

The Robeson Township Public Works Department will be closing Cold Run Road between Red Hill Road and Fire Tower Road, today from 8:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. for storm pipe replacement. Emergency vehicles and school buses will have access.

The Robeson Township Public Works Department will be closing Cold Run Road today May 26, 2022 from Hopewell Road to Red Hill Road.  This closure will be from 8:00 AM until 1:30 P.M. for road work.  School buses will be allowed access.
