Police responded to the intersection of Wheatfield Road and Grings Hill Road for a report of an accident. Upon arrival police observed a black GMC Yukon off to the side of the road. No injuries were reported, but there was heavy damaged to the vehicle and a tree. The driver, Mathews Keever appeared to be under the influence, he was subsequently taken for DUI testing. As a result of the tests he was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
