Police responded for a report of a reckless driver coming from the Wyomissing area into the township. A gray Suburban struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot of Subway, 2600 Shillington Road. Upon arrival police located the driver, Ryan Peterson, who appeared intoxicated. Tests later revealed a BAC of .352%
