On February 20, 2021 at approximately 5:32 AM, the WRPD responded to a business in the 600 block of Parkside Drive North for a report of an assault against employees at that location. Officers arrived and conducted the investigation and an involved female, identified as Zabrina RODRIGUEZ-EBLING, was found to have assaulted a known victim by kicking the victim in the face. RODRIGUEZ-EBLING also grabbed and held onto hair as well as attempted to scratch another victim. A WRPD Officer later transported RODRIGUEZ-EBLING to the District Justice where she was arraigned for the listed charges.
