On June 11, 2022 at approximately 9:20 PM, WRPD Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in progress at a residence in the 400 block of Sunset Road; possibly involving threats with a knife. The Officers responded and came in contact with the known victim and a witness. The Officer initiated an investigation and it was determined that a male, identified as Joseph Manuel RODRIGUEZ, Jr., entered into a verbal argument with the known victim which escalated to the point where RODRIGUEZ Jr. pulled out a small knife, displayed it and threatened the victim by advising he "will catch a body". RODRIGUEZ Jr., left the residence prior to police arrival. The listed charges have been filed against RODRIGUEZ, Jr. before the District Justice.
