On September 18, 2020 at approximately 9:40 PM, the WRPD responded to a business in the 00 block of South 3rd Avenue for a report of a domestic dispute in progress between persons at that location. Officers arrived, conducted the investigation and an involved female, identified as Imiera N. WATTS-MORGAN, was found to have been involved in a domestic argument with a known victim. WATTS-MORGAN was found to have broken a necklace by pulling it from the victim's neck and then shoved the victim. WATTS-MORGAN then struck the victim in the face with a TV remote. WATTS-MORGAN then grabbed a kitchen fork and attempted to stab the victim twice. WATTS-MORGAN then grabbed a kitchen knife and damaged the victim's cell phone with it. WATTS-MORGAN was taken into custody and transported to the District Justice where she was arraigned for the listed charges.
