1+1=FUN!

1+1=FUN! Even though the school year is starting to wind down, that didn't stop Wyomissing Area School District 5th grade students from putting us through the paces at their math carnival.
These young scholars showed a lot of creativity in the design of their games, and had even better prizes!
It's a good thing that Officer DeLozier grew up being told that he wouldn't always have a calculator in his pocket, as he made short work of those long division problems.
A special thank you to the teachers and staff who gave us a quick mathematical refresher. Officers are now being assigned homework problems to prepare for next year's carnival.
