On December 19, 2021 at approximately 11:37 AM, a WRPD Officer was dispatched to a retail theft that just occurred at a business located in the 500 block of Penn Avenue. The actor had already left the area prior to police being dispatched. The Officer responded to the business and initiated an investigation. The investigation identified a known male, Jeffrey FESSLER, as the individual who stole multiple items from the business. Those items were valued at over $90.00. A check of FESSLER showed that he had prior retail theft convictions. At the completion of the investigation the listed charges were filed at the District Justice, however FESSLER has not been located.
