Please help identify this male who boldly stole a vehicle in broad daylight!!!  The vehicle, a 2016 Black Kia Optima, was parked in a parking lot at 832 Park Road North in Wyomissing. From the video the male can be seen arriving as a passenger in one vehicle and then getting in the stolen vehicle and later driving away.
