Help Identify Boscov's Bandit!!

If you can identify the suspect in the picture, please call the Wyomissing Police at 610-375-6102 or submit a tip right here on CrimeWatch!  He was involved in a shoplifting incident at Boscov's in the Berkshire Mall.  While fleeing, the suspect also smashed the windows exiting the store.  Any help would be appreciated!
