Police responded for an accident where the vehicle had overturned. Upon arriving the vehicle was found on it's passenger side with bystanders trying to help the driver still inside the vehicle. The driver was found a little dazed but relatively uninjured. The Wyomissing Fire Department assisted and stabilized the vehicle so it would completely roll over. Western Berks Ambulance personnel arrived and went into the vehicle to help protect the driver as the windshield was cut off so the driver could be helped out of the vehicle. The driver was transported to the hospital, thankfully with only minor injuries. While this is an unfortunate accident, it is a reminder that wearing your seat belt can help protect you in a serious accident like this one.
