South Heidelberg Police Department offers free child car seat checks.  Corporal Oxenford and Police Administrator Assistant Keener are certified technicians that inspect car seats for proper installation, check its expiration date, and answer any questions citizens may have. SHPD is proud to offer this service to make sure the little one's seat is snug and secure, giving citizens peace of mind on every journey.
