On 1/21/19 Officers responded to Walmart for a report of retail theft that occurred on 1/17/19. Walmart employees advised officers an unknown female selected 2 sound bars and 2 TV’s valued at $1103 and left the store without paying. After working with other law enforcement agencies the suspect was identified as Antonia ROCHESTER and a warrant was issued for the above charges. ROCHESTER was arrested on 5/20/19.
