Patrol officers received a report of a burglary and conducted an initial investigation. The case was turned over to the detective and an investigation was conducted. The business owner suspected a former employee, Steven SCHAEFER, was responsible for the theft. SCHAEFER was seen on video scrapping some of the stolen items. SCHAEFER was arrested for the above charges.
