In the last three days, the Caernarvon Township Police Department has taken two reports of catalytic converters (CATCON) taken from vehicles. The thefts occurred overnight and were discovered when the victim went to start their vehicle. The thieves are using electric saws to remove the CATCON from the vehicle.
