Last night unknown actors were observed in Pennwood Development opening resident's car doors and taking personal property left with in. At least two subjects were involved and appeared to be wearing white t-shirts around 0430 HRS this morning. 

We are asking our residents to review their Ring Doorbell cameras and home surveillance cameras to see if you have any good images of these actors or a suspect vehicle and email them to ceberly@caernarvon.org.
