On October 22, 2024, Spring Township Police were dispatched to Giant for a retail theft.  Upon arrival, police spoke with an employee who stated he observed the female actor bypass all final points of sale without providing payment for any of the items in the shopping cart. The employee approached the female regarding the items in the shopping cart and the female fled the store. The total value of Giant merchandise was $712.17. After an investigation, police charged Heather Conroy with Retail Theft.
