On September 17, 2025, Spring Township Police were dispatched to assist Wyomissing Police Department regarding a purse that was stolen. It was reported that a pair of Apple Air Pods were pinging in the area of Kohl's.  The caller was reporting that they had located the actor and that he ran away.  

Upon arrival, police located a male matching the description provided by the victim to be running in a field near Kohl's.  The male identified as Jesus SAN LUCAS was placed into handcuffs and was detained. 

After an investigation, Jesus SAN LUCAS was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property.
