On August 12, 2025, Spring Township Police conducted a traffic stop on SR 222 due to a speed violation. Upon making contact with the driver, Blake WILSON, he advised his license was suspended. Further investigation revealed he had no insurance on his vehicle and the registration expired on 2/2025. While talking to WILSON, police took note the outside of his inspection/emission stickers displayed 4/26 while on the back of the stickers, the backing was hanging off and held to the back of the stickers via packing tape. Police checked the inspection sticker number on JNET, and it showed "Ready to issue" out of Bucks County. The emission sticker showed it was issued from a car dealer in Montgomery County. Listed on the back of both stickers was a station number shown to be out of Reading, PA. When the officer peeled the stickers off the windshield, they did not display "VOID" as authentic stickers would have when removed. Both stickers were on double-sided tape and the month and year peeled off the one side. Ultimately, Blake WILSON was charged with Poss/Sale/Use Display Documents.
