The Spring Township Police Department would like to welcome our new Deputy Police Chief Stephen Powell. Deputy Chief Powell previously served as the West Reading Borough Police Chief following an honorable career with the Reading City Police Department. We look forward to having Deputy Chief Powell join our team as he brings his experience and professionalism to our community.
