Police were contacted regarding a road rage incident that occurred at Penn and Cecil Avenues.  A black Ford Fusion passed the complainant illegally, when the complainant beeped his horn the driver of the Ford Fusion displayed a gun.  The driver was described as a white male, approximately 30 YOA, thin build, short blond hair, LSW a blue hoodie.  At the time of report police did not have a license plate for the vehicle, investigation on going.
