On Wednesday January 25^th, 2023 at approximately 02:00 AM, Officers of the Township of Spring Police Department responded to the 7-11 mini mart at 3100 State Hill Road for a report of a robbery.

The victim, a store clerk, told responding officers that two (2) individuals, dressed in dark hooded sweatshirts and jeans, with masks covering their faces, entered the store and accosted the victim. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded the victim give them money from the cash registers and safe. The suspects did receive a sum of money and stole cigarettes from behind the counter area. The suspects then fled the area in a vehicle, driven by a third suspect.

Following an intensive investigation, the following subjects have been arrested and charged with Robbery, Theft and related offenses:

• Saquan DOCKERY - 27 Years of Age - LKA 600 Block of Weiser Street, Reading
• Jeffrey SIMONS - 23 Years of Age - LKA 400 Blk Moss Street, Reading
• Raheem BAPTISTE - 22 Years of Age – LKA 1200 Block Green Street, Reading

At the time of his arrest, DOCKERY was in possession of a handgun. The investigation into the firearm and charges as a result are being handled by the Northern Berks Regional Police Department.

Assisting in the investigation was the Wyomissing Police Department, The Northern Berks Regional Police Department, The Reading Police Department, Berks County Probation and PA State Parole.
