1) The Ramp from east bound 422 to Penn Avenue west bound remains closed.

2) The Ramp from 422 west bound to Penn Avenue west bound remains closed.

3) The Penn Street Bridge west bound is open to go either east or west onto 422, however, you cannot enter West Reading via the bridge.
