Permit Parking Application

Resident home owners or those residents who rent in the specific areas of the Borough where a visible permit is required to park on the street. The resident should fill out the application, and bring it, with identification showing his/her current address to the West Reading Police Department. Upon approval, the resident will be given the permit, with instructions on proper display. There is no cost for the permit.
