The West Reading Borough Police Department would like to thank "Hounds On Working Leashes (H.O.W.L.)" for their generous donation of a ballistic vest for our very own K9 Zea.  The vest is ballistic and stab resistant and was manufactured by "K9 Tactical Gear".  H.O.W.L. was started in 2012 and has assisted close to 100 different K9's in multiple states all across the United States of America. 

We would also like to again thank "Your Pet Experts" of Wyomissing for providing food, bedding and some treats for K9 Zea!
